They are slow and the girl at the cashier dosen't came around and ask if you need anything before the check to see if everything is ok and if you need more soda i had to put my leftover in a box my self when i took them up to the counter. They are every slow last week we stop and a coldcut sub was the last thing that came out after hot food a 2hours later
Hit or miss , when they get everything right food is pretty good. Problem is they are about 50/50 getting everything right and out in a decent time. Somedays the wait is 15 mins somedays its 2 hours. Wish they were more consistant.

First time I've gotten food here. Being in the middle of nowhere t's hard to get delivery. This place is withing 5 miles of me, but they weren't sure of that when I first ordered. They told me that they would deliver the first time and get a distance, and if it was over 5 miles they wouldn't again. I accepted that offer. Long story short, I ordered food and they said 45-1 hour wait. Came in 30 minutes. And the driver said it was under 5 miles. I couldn't be happier. Food is excellent and service was on point. One thing is that they forgot our mozzarella sticks, but I called them and they apologized and credited me for the next meal. Can't get better service than that.
The young man who took our order was unfamiliar with the menu. When asked what toppings came on a certain sub he waited for help from the other cashier. She didn't know either. She waited for help from the cook. After several minutes we had all the information we needed to place our order. Railstop special sub, eggplant parmesan dinner and a margarita pizza. 10 minutes later, the woman came to inform us we had a choice of steak or hamburger for the sub. 15 minutes after that the cook came to inform us that they didn't have the ingredients for the margherita pizza. At this point we were losing patience. But a few minutes later, the cook came back to apologize for the delay and offered drinks as we waited. That was redeeming. However, it was nearly an hour from ordering to receiving our order. As the cook delivered our order he apologized again, thanked us for understanding and let us know he upgraded the size of our pizza and included an order of cinnamon sticks, free of charge. Total recovery in my opinion. He noticed there was a chance we'd be unsatisfied and acted on it. We will be repeat customers. Oh, and the food was delicious!
